Bei Dou Dual-Satellite Positioning System is researched and developed by our country. This system is a Direct Sequence Spread System. In this system, the synchronization of Pseudo Noise Code is the important technology which can affect the performance of the whole system, because this technology is not only the precondition of working well, but also the key of precise positioning. So research and implement the Pseudo Noise Code synchronization of Dual-Satellite Positioning System is of great significance to improve the positioning precision and the user terminal's performance index.This paper analyzes the principle and architecture of Dual-Satellite Positioning System and deeply researches the theory of the Pseudo Noise Code's synchronization. And then, draw out the module designing project based on the protocol of Dual-Satellite Positioning System and implement these modules by VHDL. Then, test the module function in hardware. The test result indicates that the design project can satisfy the system's design wants and proves the validity and feasibility of the project.
