This article illustrates the necessity,availability and importance of the construction of Shenyang telecom synchronous digital transport network based on the author's work experience. Shenyang is an important communication hinge of Northeast of China. With the development of Internet and data service,the demand for the transport bandwidth is becoming more and more urgent.It is necessary to widen the bandwidth of the transport network.This text based on the SDH principal as the basic theory, the construction of the whole network has considered the security and reliability, and combined with the business needs of Shenyang and the development direction in the next five years, and then design and build. The fundamental of the construction of Shenyang telecom synchronous digital transport network should have redundance of network,flexibility and a little advance.The transport network is composed of bone transport layer ane sub-network transport layer.The bone layer has 8 big transport tandems as its bone nodes, they compose 8 2-fiber self-cured rings,the device is OPTera ConnectDX(10G) of Nortel company,it can provide 32 STM-1s for every two nodes.The sub-network layer has 50 end endes,thsy compose 152.5G sub rings with the device of ADM16/1 of Lucent company.The bone ring and the sub ring connect through ODF.Meanwhile, through searching equipment, technical data, the actual collection of the relevant data in the latter part of operation obstacles,...
