Through it individuals can order information of customized news, stocks and weather forecast or download phone pictures and rings .Also by it enterprises can report sales performance in real time and government can provide services in governmental affairs. That is to say short messages touch every field in our work and daily life. Many software systems for information exchanges need supports from a SM control system. However it is a complicated task to build such system because it involves various ways and channels to dispatch and receive messages as well as complicated technology, equipments and ISP procedure etc. Especially for some small and medium-sized application systems, it is of high cost and big risk to build a platform like this only by relying on themselves.
