With the rapid development of the computer science, more and more companies use computer to help with their jobs. While bringing people much advantage, computers also bring in some secureity problems on important message leakage. One of the commonest ways that important message leaks out from computer is through exterior storage equipment(especially through USB movable storage equipment). In order to prevent uncertificated people from copying secret message outside through USB port, many companies straightly close the USB port. This method can improve the computer securety, but it also immolate the convenience of USB usage. Aim at this current situation, this paper bring forward a solution scheme which can prevent message leakage through exterior storage equipment.Base on thorough analysis and research to access control theory, combining encrypting and HookAPI technology, this paper bring forward a solution scheme that does access control to file access of exterial storage equipment, and also gives the implementation procedure of the whole scheme on technique implementation. Scheme brought forward by this paper adopts the Detour technology. Throughcapturing the file access function to exterial storage equipment, we analyse the parameters of the file access function, and then do access control to the file acess of exterial storage equipment using the parameters.
