The Technology Of Autoregulating Temperature Applied In Mass Heating System

As a rapid developing technology, computer intelligent control has played a more important role and potential power nowadays, especially with the more increasing complicated industry control systems.This text introduces a technology of auto-regulating temperature applied in mass heating system and its realization. The system contains three kinds of technologies: measuring technology, control technology and internet technology . It is characterized as quick, accurate, and stable. The technology can realize setted temperature in setted time, control and setting on internet in domestic heating system, which embodies humanism and freedom , as well as has much social and economical significance.Based on the analysis and research to the status quo of domestic and international heating systems, we put forward a new design which the major controller is a inbuilt MCU, besides, reliability and value are fully taken into account. Firstly, systematical design and measuring, communicating design are presented after each function is confirmed. Platinic resistance is taken as component applied to measuring temperature and S3C44B0 as major controller which cuts down peripheral components largely and re-disturbing design ensures the reliability .Secondly, comparison between fuzzy control and PID control is done, then the fuzzy control theory is selected .After that , valve is used to control the value of the central heating .All that compose a closed loop and reactive circuit, the temperature and consumed quality of heat can be examined at any moment. RTL8019AS is applied to connect to internet and the temperature can be setted and the consumed quality of heat can be examined at any time. The text introduces the μC/OS II operating system TCP/IP protocol, all that are favorable to the capability of the manipulating system.
