Deaerator plays an important role in thermodynamic power plants since it can remove the harmful gas, especially oxygen, from the water before it enters the boiler and erodes the thermodynamic equipments. In order to accomplish the good effect, people design the autocontrol system of deaerator which based on the advanced control method. According to the circumstances of deaerator of Power Plant of PUBAI Mine Bureau, I design the control system based on fuzzy control on this paper. Three points are focused on this paper. Firstly, the control algorithm and control laws of the deaerator system are designed and realized. I study the characteristic, configuration and characteristic of running of deaerator system, the Fuzzy Logic Control is paid more attention. A design method of the Fuzzy controller is presented based on the deaerator of Power Plant of PUBAI Mine Bureau here. Secondly, the embed system with the core of C8051F040 is designed. What's more ,a small system with keyboard input and Light Emitting Diode is designed for the system which has the function of signal collecting, data displaying, keyboard controlling, data computing. The design of the hardware and software are described in detail. And some practical hardware and software reliability measures of embedded system are introduced. At last, Simulation of control system is also performed to study the performance of fuzzy control by MATLAB, simulation result of fuzzy controller shows a very brilliant performance comparing to PID controller. At the same time, I adopt C8051F040 debugging system to carry out an experiment on control system. The research work is closely connected to the practical application, during the research, I have got the general data and information which can be used by the study of other deaerator.
