| The development of information technology results in the appearance of computer remote supervising system. The supervising system is based on web, combines computer, multimedia technology and industrialization technology. With the rapid development of network technology, the real supervising system can provide distributed,light client with the service of watch and control by web technology. By now, the remote real supervising technology based on web has become one of the hot researches in the computer application fields.The paper aims to join all the testing labs distributing in different areas by network and build a multi-tier distributing system based on Intranet. We can watch real testing curves and share data by the system. We also can realize macro management and decisions, decrease unnecessary human and other resources of the enterprise.First, this paper studies the display elements and technology of SVG carefully, analyzes and compares established graphics technology. Then we deeply analyze three traditional models of dynamical real-time data publication based on SVG. Integrating the merits of these models, we design the dynamic real-time data publication model with JSP and XML. In section 5, we study the critical technologies of the real-time supervising system based web deeply, completely and in detail, which include how to get real-time data and how to display real-time curves by SVG, how to realize all kinds of interactive operation in SVG page and how to accelerate the query speed of the history curves. Using SVG, XMLHTTP, JavaScript technologies, the thesis designs and realizes the real-time supervising system prototype of testing curve.
