Real time on-line quality supervising treats the process of product as supervisingobject. It bases on the theory of Statistical process control and finds out the factors whichaffect the stabilization of the system by supervising the process using control chart. Controlchart clews supervisor to adopt corresponding measures avoiding special causes and keepingprocess stabilization and keeping product quality. In China, most of small and middlemachinery industries ensured the quality of production by detection after producing, butlacking real time quality supervising artifice such as: process interfere, production statuschange, facility dated and fault, material change. So, it is worthy of promoting SPC anddeveloping product quality supervising system base on SPC.In this paper an embedded real time quality supervising system in mechanical elementprocess is presented using WinCE and MCU ARM as the core of the system. On the basic ofresearching statistical process control theory, using object oriented programming thought andmethod. Contents of this thesis mainly include:1) Analyze the present condition and problem of quality management of themanufacturing industry in our country and make sure a system project.2) Certain system structure: Aiming at he present condition and problem of qualitymanagement of the manufacturing industry in our country, put forward real time on-linequality monitor system structure basing on Statistical process control theories, the structureincludes: embedded CPU block as the core of S3C2410, data collect module,LCD displaymodule and light warning device.3) Programmed Statistical Process Control software. And the theory and application about thehistogram, Shewhart control charts and process capability index are discussed and programmed. Thoughhandling and analyzing the quality data, the system carried out real-time and on-line supervising process.
