The Study Of Electronic Seal Method Based On Digital Watermarking And Digital Signature

Nowadays, with the fast development of information technology and digital network, information network has been applied in a lot of domains. Electric-Government has become a new governmental mold, with the fast development of Internet. In the system of Electric-Government, transmission of documents, storage of data, supplying service and so on, are applied in the electronic form. For the reason, it has been proposed that transacting without paper in government and enterprise. Nowadays, how to guarantee the legality and the unique of digital projects, especially preventing digital projects from illegal interpolation and replication, has become a problem which must be solved. Aiming at the problems, a kind of Electronic Seal Method is proposed in this paper which solves the problems of digital projects defending illegal interpolation and replication etc. In this kind of Electronic Seal Method, some key technologies are involved, such as digital watermarking, digital signature and secondary development based on Microsoft Word. At one time, the technology of PKI and USB Key technology are combined effectively in this method proposed. The key theory of the method is introduced at length in this paper, namely the unique copyright mark and the digital signature of digital projects are integrated as watermarking, which are embedded in the image of seal, thereby, it can be achieved of Electronic Seal that the unique mark and defending interpolation, as well as, Electronic Seal can be completely affixed in digital projects. At the same time, as one of the most important function of this Electronic Seal Method, defending illegal interpolation and replication etc for digital projects under seal,can be realized effectively. The picture of seal saved in USB Key is kept by the user, as well as, distribution and application of seal is strengthened by the technology of PKI.
