1954, George Devol, an American people designed the first programmable robot. Later the first robot manipulator patent was published by US Patent and Trademark Office. Since then, with the development of the robot technology and the emergence of the knowledge economy, industrial robots play a very important role in the modern manufacturing in the 21st century more and more attention is paid to the design and improvement of industrial robots. Manipulator for plastic Injection Machine is one of the main equipment in modern manufacturing industry, which is used to convey plastic products. In recent years, the control technique of the manipulator is developing by leaps and bounds, that lays a key foundation for the advanced manufacture for the plastic products.The Embedded system-based integration of heterogeneous robotic manipulators will absolutely push forward the development of the technology of robots. This technology is important for Embedded system -based manufacture which characterizes digitalization flexibility and agility.This thesis design a manipulator controller which is based on master-slave system. S3C44B0X is used as microprocessor for master computer . what master computer selects for using is the real-time operating system of charging free with open source code: μC/OS—Ⅱ, it's kernel is very easy. And proposes an embedded real-time operating system by hardware expansion and software development based on S3C44B0X, using μC/OS—Ⅱ as its kernel.This slave computer part not only fully discusses the constitution and designed process but also introduces how to use single chip computer, transducer and speed sensor to consist the closed-loop control system which regulates the speed of AC motor .This project is practical, reliable and efficient.
