With the rapid development of the tanker industry and the embedded network technology, embedded tanker's network has become an important research direction of industry sectors. The TCP / IP protocol stacks play an increasing role as the standard network protocol in the embedded refueling systems.Issues is made in the context of embedded applications tanker made, mainly solves the problem of remote communication of refueling system. Based on the communication requirements of Embedded tanker, the paper proposes system design program. Based on the characteristics of S3C44B0 and uClinux systems, the paper introduces the hardware design and operating principle, specifically including off-chip memory, Ethernet interface, power supply and serial modules of the circuit design. In the part of the software system, it analyzes the principles of embedded operating system uClinux, including process management, file systems and memory management. This paper analyzes the system's boot process to complete the uClinux embedded operating system configurations and in S3C44B0 the transplant work, and produces the root file system-romfs to mount, on this basis, the paper discourses in detail all sub-agreements of the TCP/IP protocol stack, gives the specific process stack of work, and ultimately realizes TCP/IP protocol stack design under the embedded tanker. It achieves the TFTP protocol in the application layer under the Bootloader section, and achieves the FTP protocol in the the application layer of operating system. The experiment results show that, in the embedded ARM-based tanker platform, using TCP/IP protocol stack can realize long-distance communications between devices, and has important reference value on the specific application of industrial control area.
