The CAE technology is the most main methods reducing the production cost and research and development cycle. As for the small and medium-sized enterprise that, regarding improves the product quality, the reduction using the CAE software to repair the mold expense and the time has the extremely vital significance, the enterprise applies the CAE technology imperative. At present the traditional CAE technology also mostly limits in the single plane environment or the local area network, not fully displays its superiority. The ASP philosophy will be a new pattern for CAE technological resource, small and medium-sized enterprise oneself did not have any CAE software and hardware condition still could convenient obtain the specialized product service. This effectively will promote the CAE analysis technology in the enterprise product performance.This article develops long-distance CAE service system basing on ASP the pattern. It has realized this system in mechanical product application, achieving the satisfactory effect. This paper main work as follows:(1) According to the need of small and medium-sized enterprise in manufacturing industry, this paper studies the CAE technology and the ASP pattern characteristic, obtaining long-distance CAE service system feasibility and the superiority;(2) This paper proposes the overall frame remote CAE service system, the union manufacturing industry machine parts analysis characteristic. It studies three kind of remote analyses, carrying on the detailed introduction of the finite element analysis server.(3) This paper contrasts in the system development with to the essential technology and the main software, choose the ANSYS as the CAE analysis tool, Pro/E as the CAD modeling tool, the C# as the implementation language.
