Research On Three-Axis Inertial Test Table

Testing table is special equipment for inertia navigation system and inertia component's research, which can be used to examine or calibrate inertia navigation system or study the error models. It's performance will affect the aircraft and the vehicle's precision of control system and navigation. So we research and manufacture precise inertia testing table has important meaning for developing our country's aerospace and aviation industries.According to the technique parameter which be put forward by related unit, the author designed the mechanical structure of testing table and choose the drive components and angular measurement components. Based on these, the author finished to build all of mechanical table. Aimed at the position control of DC motor which drive loading, the author particularly built the mathematic model of three axis dynamoelectric testing turn table. Then the author analyzed the three-axis position servo system, deduced the transfer function. In order to know what affect the steady precision and static precision the author made a detailed analysis about them. Then the author put forward the measure which can improve the steady precision and static precision. In the controlling maneuver, the author designed increment PID which be realized by computer. It can effectively improve the general performance. In order to verify the function of controlling maneuver, the author simulated them with MATLAB which is a simulate software. The paper particularly analyzed the mechanic precision of the table. At the same time, the author gave out the formula to calculate the system position error because the three axis of the simulator are not uprightness each other. At last, the paper did a detailed analysis on the measurement principle, measurement method, measurement data and measurement precision. Explicit the purpose and meaning of measuring the static precision of turn table. After comparison the author decided the reasonable and fitting method to measure the turn table's static precision which include turn table's angular error, intersection and perpendicularity.
