Nowadays,Internet develops quickly and people pay more and more attention to apply in Internet. Aimed on the requirements of Meishi Film Academy in Chongqing University, an interactive information system based on .net is designed and developed to carry out the web information intelligently. So to study an information interactive platform is very necessary.Firstly, the importance and necessity of developing an information interactive platform are introduced in this dissertation. And then the research today of this web service system is analyzed.This paper makes system analysis in details by the structured analysis method, and analyzes the organization structure,the management business process,the customer's requirements and the management requirements, etc. Base on the analysis results, the logical model of the forum system is put forward. Combining the database technique, the academic exchanges and the network management, the dissertation carries on the concept and the logic structure,puts forward the physical model of the system, and then develops an ip information interactive platform.According to the characteristics of the Internet information spread abroad,the information interactive platform system has a good and simple operation. The system can provide an article releasing,member management,log record,etc. It can provide education and communication effectively in the network; enrich the exchanges path of the website. Aimed at the characteristics of the Internet,it carries on some safeties to safety measures,for example,IP screen,avoiding SQL Injection Attack,intruder detection and uses verification code,etc. In addition,it uses Regular Expressions to search and replace the special character strings. This system can release and manage articles to combine network education and communication for information interaction by multi-media technique.
