Application Of Data Exchange Based On Cross Platform Tax System

The arrival of Internet + era promote the exchange of data acrossing all trades and professions more frequently,however,because of the constraints of region?platform?storage and other factors resulting in "the information island".Guizhou local tax as an important department of government agencies,in the informationnal technology process of the third reform of the golden tax project,faced with a variety of data interaction problems for cross-platform data exchange technology research is of great significance.Firstly,it is an interactive problem of asynchronous real-time data between cross-platform of WebService technology,which involves a transmission analysis process of interface message.Secondly,it is an interactive problem of the batch,timing data in the database;Finally,the problem of the real time data exchange for cross regional data distribution.Aiming at the practical data interaction problems of various types of cross-platform application system in Guizhou land tax,two schemes for analyzing XML are designed for the data interaction of WebService layer.The SOAP protocol is used to realize the data interaction between the WebService layer of the cross platform.The first scheme using the LINQ to XML technology to parse and reconstruct the message;Scheme two uses Oracle to deal with the xmlTpye data type to realize message parsing.For the data interaction between the database,the data synchronization,interaction and data processing among the database are realized by using the incremental refresh mechanism and the stored procedure of the materialized view.For the cross-regional data issue,Oracle Streams' Subscription-Release mechanism is used to build the data distribution environment of the provincial data center and the city data center.In this paper,two kinds of analytical XML technology,Oracle materialized view technology and Oracle Streams technology are introduced and applied,which effectively solves the data exchange problem of Guizhou local tax in the three-stage rectification of gold tax and Greatly promoted the Guizhou land tax in the Golden Tax three projects in the rapid development of information technology.At present,Guizhou tax system can quickly integrate all kinds of systems and unify data to maintain a high degree of data consistency and effectiveness;It is also enable the provincial bureau to fully co-ordinate data and to manage tax data scientifically.In addition,the system can effectively support the cost of data.But also for the city to provide a strong data support,reducing the data concurrent access performance,to meet the state-specific software on the needs of the data.
