Research On Transmission System Of Liquid Parameter Based On Audio Adapter

With the constant development and ripeness of industrial automation, SCM technology and communication technology, remote transmission system has been widely used in every field. This paper aims at the water tower'monitoring and controlling requirements of current water supply system, considered the traits of low transmission data quantity and no need of high communication speed, bringing forward the applied remote transmission system based on audio adapter and wireless interphone. It is designed to detect the water level of water tower and control the water pump. The main designing idea of audio adapter is transforming the numerical signal and controlling signal to audio signal in the foundation of hardware circuit and software circuit. Then it establishes channels in the transmission bands of telephone communication system, achieving the function of transmitting numerical signal in analog channels.Firstly, this paper introduces the designing principle of audio adapter, advancing three implement projects including signal frequency, double frequencies and four frequencies. Considered the water level detection request of current water supply company, then it carries out the feasibility analysis and whole design project of the remote transmission system. It also divides this system into three parts: the transmission network composed of audio adapter and wireless interphone, the secondary controller system consists of SCM system, detection circuit and water pump circuit, the host controller system in monitor center.Secondly, the design and realization of the three parts'hardware and software are researched in detail based on the function request of each part. In the transmission network, the audio adapter adopts MT8880 to transform the data format and the wireless interphone is to transmit and receive the audio signal. In the secondary controller system, AT89S51 is chose for the main controller and the 5G14433 is chose for the A/D chip. AT89S51's software includes controlling 5G14433, doing further disposal for the water signal, controlling the transmission network, incepting and executing the command from the host controller system.
