Model MK-92 triode automatic ink printer is a special printer used to print the model number of T092 package triode. On the prerequisite of guaranteeing printing quality, the printing speed may reach above 10, 000 pcs per hour, but the price of this printer actually is much lower than the price of the similar printing speed import printer. In this article, the research and development process of the control system of electrical equipment of this printer has carried out detailed discussion. The control system of electrical equipment divides into 3 parts - vibrating control circuit of circular vibrating feeding tray, vibrating control circuit of straight line vibrating feeder and motor-driven control circuit of turn printing mechanism. These three parts use the silicon-controlled rectifier to carry on the control, the trigger of silicon-controlled rectifier adopt phase-shifting trigger of KC05 integrated circuit. Additionally, main power supply and special control circuit have been designed to make these 3 parts working normally. The main power supply is used to generate the various working current needed by equipment. Special control circuit is used to control some special requirements in the process of printing and make the printer working in best condition. The research of the task is full of bright market prospects, the printer has been sold for more than fifty sets after it researched and produced. The average price is more than sixty thousands and the incomes is more than three millions yuan, to get prifits more than one million. These equipments win praises after they are used by customers.
