| In past several years, the people are more and more interested in the wireless local area network, WLAN transmit data by electromagnetic wave which endows WLAN many distinct features such as mobility, flexibAity and easy deployment etc. Because the wireless local area network technology has many advantages, its development is extremely rapid. With the wide application of WLAN, security of WLAN become more and more important.Meanwhile, the users and administrators of the WLANs all put forward higher and higher request to the security of WLAN,and expect to utilize more perfect WLAN protocols analysis system to carry on real-time control and management to WLAN.At present the research to Wireless local area network signal monitor system is not deep. So, it is greatly meannigful to research the WLAN standards and develop WLAN protocols analysis system.Through using the wireless LAN for a long time, I have carried on further investigation on main respects of WLAN, and solved the monitoring management wireless local area network some essential problems.This thesis puts up the real WLAN of infrastructure mode based on IEEE802. 11. And developed one set of WLAN supervisory system, which was allowed to catch the data package in WLAN and decoded acording to IEEE the 802.11b protocol and the TCP/IP protocol, then demonstration data package of detailed information , and carry on the the statistical analysis about WLAN.
