With the intense completition in national telecommunication market, network operators begin to focus their attentions on the development of Business Operation Support System (BOSS).As an important component of BOSS, the Telecommunication Network Resource Management System (TNRMS) is an effective way to inhance the managerment and service providing level of telecommunication operators.This research mainly talks about the application of Component Base-Dvelopment methord in TNRMS, with the purpose of making contribution to the reusability and expansibility of software system.In this thesis, firstly, we complete the system's requirement analysis process with PowerDesigner object-oriented modeling technology, this step pave way for the abstract, development and assembly of components. Then the thesis divides the business component in the middle layer of three-tier Custom/Server architecture into four subcomponents that are the application service component ,the data proportion component, data access logic component and business rule component, and a framework that is more explicit and easier to develop and reuse is constructed. In this framework, the design strategy and method of components are given to complete their corresponding functions.After finish the development of the component, the thesis discussed some critical problems like: component size assay, EAServer transaction feature and PowerBuilder debug strategy. Finally the thesis brings out a methodology used in multilayer distributed system aimed at improving the consulting efficiency of resource route information.
