At present,the technology of Data Warehouse has been using in all kinds of field after decades of rapid progress. Every telecommunication corporation,financial organization, government office and some other corporations have been building their own data warehouse to support DSS and other analytical processing in order to assist administration more efficiently.SARFT Equipment Management System is targeted at the management of spare parts and stores of departments Treasury , it plays a very important role in SARFT's Business address. Current the existing equipment management system in SARFT has been far from being able to meet the requirements of modern management requirements, with the idea by Wireless Bureau to realize informationization and comprehensive integration of existing resources, It calls for the establishment of a distributed equipment management system based on intelligence decision to make the original system in the management and decision-making function has been further perfected.This paper research and implement the SARFT inteligent equipment management system based on data warehouse technology. At first, start with the methods and the status of inventory management systems and the status and problems of SARFT Equipment Management System, Give a brief introduce of the the basic concepts and technologies of DW&DM. Then in the basis of theoretical analysis and research, I introduced the SARFT Equipment Management System project that I involved in, and detailing the design and realization of forecast algorithms module and information display module that I primarily responsible for. Finally I have a test of the forecast algorithms, the test results confirmed that the forecast algorithms have achieved the desired results, and can be put into practical application.
