Intelligent network (IN) is an overlay network over telecommunication networks, which enables new services to be provided rapidly and efficiently. CAMEL is a mobile IN standard on GSM made by ETSI, which offers a flexible and powerful capability of service provision for GSM carriers. Now GSM IN in China has been constructed as the largest one in the world. Quite a number of IN services have been launched in CAMEL service environment. Flexible and attractive service features give the convenience to the customers and also bring the tremendous profit for GSM carriers. Thus IN has turned into a key component of the telecommunication network.With the development of IN services, customers are eager to enjoy multiple service features at same time in the face of the attractive IN services. But current service triggering method cannot fulfill the requirement well.
