Not only the main body of manufacture is expanding without intermission in scale, but also it tend to become complex in structure, according to the develop_ ment of the manufacture domain. The last 30 years, market requirement advance in diversification and competition become intense, which induce the product manufacture to variety, varying batch, short production cycle. It fashion some advanced produce pattern such as flexible manufacture, computer integrated manufacture, agile manufacture. Not only the modern manufacture system has a huge scale, but also the system structure, materiel stream and information stream are quite complex; the communication between each models in the manufacture system and from inner to exterior have been intensified in the universality and complexity, the speed of information exchange and process in the system have been boosted quickly, which make complex relation formed; due to the economy system and situation of international and in our country that work intense influence to the running circumstance of manufacture system, manufacture is evolving from a simple system that has its fixed input and output, stable process and circumstance, to a quite complex one that has random input, dynamic change of process and circumstance, levity of output and state; the analysis and integration of system are considerable difficulty, and the problem of optimal control is even more difficult to settle.In the face of the facts above described, the paper carry through some study in the modern manufacture system combining system science, information technology and produce engineering: 1. analyze the system structure, pattern and running management of the modernadvanced manufacture system, research the inner rule of information, controland manufacture.
