Strapdown inertial navigation system is a trend of inertial technology in recent years. Because of these advantages of SINS, it is on the trend of replacing flat inertial navigation system in many applications. This paper studied data sampling and processing technology of the gyroscope and accelerometer.At first the paper explained the principle of Strapdown inertial navigation system, fundamental knowledge of inertia device, the principium, application and Index of Performance of piezoelectric gyroscope, quartz accelerometer.The electric circuit of data pre-processing and sampling of gyroscope and accelerometer in inertial attitude measuring system which include micro-computer PC104, gyroscope, accelerometer, A/D converter and the corresponding electric circuit was designed. The prime principium of data processor, The wave filter and programmable gain amplifier was detailed introduced; The chip of ADS7805 and ∑ - Δ Digital Analog converter AD7708 was introduced and compared, The circuit of data sampling and processing was selected and designed mainly including A/D converter chip ADS7805, programmable controller CPLD, PC104 bus according to practical fact. The working principium ; Then the project of the micro mechanical inertial attitude measuring system was demonstrated and put forward, finally the practical schematic of interface circuits was given.At last, software procedure and artificial waveform based on Turbo C as well as VHDL language based on programmable controller CPLD was introduced and given.
