With the development of inertial technology,precision of Strapdown Inertial Navigation products and requirement of test equipment performance index are increasing.During Strapdown Inertial Navigation products research,development and production testing process,Strapdown Inertial Navigation products use equipment to test,calibrate and obtain error compensation model in navigation.In order to improve navigation precision of Strapdown Inertial Navigation products and reduce navigation error,test technology and special test methods for Strapdown Inertial Navigation Test System are researched and realized,and the main point is at research and implementation for output signal of Strapdown inertial navigation product.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background and status of inertial navigation technology and test equipment.Secondly,the design scheme of data acquisition and processing in Trapdown Inertial Navigation system is described in detail.The conditioning and processing of multi-type analog signal is realized by the self-developed universal transmission module.The self-developed Pulse data acquisition card with 16 optocoupler isolation channels which is based on PCI bus,count multi-channel's pulse synchronously for gyro and accelerometer.The principle and design of data acquisition unit are also described in detail.Finally,test data and errors are analyzed.The data acquisition and processing of this module solves the requirement of calibration and calibration of Strapdown Inertial Navigation system.The accuracy of a 5-channel temperature acquisition is within 1 degree.The error of 16-channel pulse,which is under 150 KHz,is within 1pulse.Crystal time reference is less than 1×10-9.Part of this project in the research is applied to test system.After long time test in the industrial field,its operation is stable,and data is accurate and fully meet the requirements of the products.The implementation of this project provides an engineering case for the development of Strapdown Inertial Navigation test system,and also provides relevant test methods for similar industrial application.
