How to deal with fatigue loads of main mechanism of wind turbine is always an important problem for designers and manufacturers. And for different location, various terrain conditions, with uncertainty of weather, all these increase difficulties for lay-out men and maintenance personnel when they check and measurement huge wind turbine. To solve these problems, people invent a measurement system of wind turbine.According to European standard of wind turbine authentication, fatigue loads are selected by this dissertation as the main subject. So, a system of fatigue loads is designed. As the most important components, loads and life prediction of blades and tower of wind turbine are measured.Some hardware are used to construct data acquisition system, virtual instrument are used to compile data processing programs. Just as expected, according to standard of IEC61400-13, some diagram and curve are depicted in the end of dissertation, and program can provide life prediction method of wind turbine from damage theories in the end of dissertation.
