| The entertainment program in China can be related to "Entertainment of zhengda" initially in 1990s. It was the beginning of Chinese TV amusement program. Until today, the TV entertainment program has gone through four stages, i.e. "Entertainment of zhengda "is representative for superstar amusement stage, the game stage represented by "Happy Camp" and the stage of intelligence program represented by " Lucky 52 " , "Happy Dictionary ". Nowadays it enters the stage of"TV Civilian Show". The program of"TV Civilian Show " has been very popular from north to south during 2005. There is "Super Girl", " My Way and My Show" in the south; there is "Dreaming of China", "Star Avenue" in the north. But after the heated programs broadcast, we must cool down, summarize experience, discover the problems, carry on close examination and localize the programs again.The program of "TV Civilian Show" that has been prevailing in China is not by coincidence. It has external reasons such as its ripe background of the society, culture accumulation and mass foundation, etc. Proceeding from program itself the program, "TV Civilian Show", has their initiative contribution too; How it is the design of inherent localization, external form of program, etc; how is the result of broadcasting .
