As the network technique is developing rapidly and the network applications are expanding ,net-video transmission Application system has been becoming a hotpot in recent years. It will be an imperative part in our work, study and live. Real-time Video transmissions over network include many important technologies , such as coding, buffering, compressing and transmission technology. The one of important features of the video stream is how to process the huge video data. Due to limited bandwidth and stringent requirements of real-time video playback, video coding, Quality setting of the compressor and frame rate of streaming video capture are the pivotal factor of real-time video transmission for many visual communication applications.A new form of network has come into being, which is called P2P network which breaks the traditional model of Client/Server. In this mode each node not only plays a role of server that provides the service but also plays a role of client that enjoys resources provided by servers. P2P network make it possible that spare computer powers can be taken full advantage of P2P, a new network scheme prior to the existing C/S scheme, has not only inspired many researchers worked in the information technology field, but also been attractive to many other people. And now, P2P technology has been one of the most hot research fields which leading the science. The paper, firstly, introduces P2P networks technology and the development trend of multimedia, compared with the traditional Net-video transmission system, combined with the development of the new video and communication technology, a new scenario is brought forward as that based on P2P. Next, aiming to the factors that effect...
