Logistics and E-Commerce are well connected together. Logistics industry develops to ease the supply-demand contradictions. E-commerce is just a right approach to solve this kind of contradiction. Similarly, logistics is also a right way to solve the contradictions existing in E-commerce. A new Economic Model requires the new logistics model and new technology. The third-party logistics, sometimes called as Contract Logistics or Logistics Alliance, is the third party service provider whose services includes the whole logistics operations from production to sales. Not like other industries, the 3PL doesn't produce any items. The 3PL signs up a contract or the client and the 3PL form an alliance. Then, the 3PL supplies customized logistics agent service within the specialized duration at a given price.Based on the electronic commerce; the 3PL service needs a highly-integrated logistics information platform.Based on the modern E-information, 3PL service needs technical support from 3PL information platform with high business integration. Information Platform was established on Modern Sotfware Engineering, and it can make the re-use of the software and system resources to the greatest extent feasible. The logistics information platform is an important way to collect and integrate resources for modern logistics industry. With the development of the Internet, the maturity of logistics information technology application and the requirement of high-integrated logistics, logistics information platform become the trends of the logistics industry.To intergrate the supply chain management and improve the efficiency of logistics, Groups reform logistics business and establish the third-party logistics (3PL) companies to provide service to multiple sub-companies. To realize business strategy, 3PL information platform needed to be built with good expansibility, applicability and flexiblility. Besides provided management business of itself, information platform supports logistics business system (so called Business Unit System) required by other companies in the Logistics Alliance, making the unit system work well on the platform.In order to realize above requirement of logistics platform establishing, this thesis using Web Service technology as basic logistics information platform to build basic technical platform. For the cross-platform compatibility, to use the SOAP core protocol and its extending protocols of Web Service, standard service interface and common invoke mechanism to improve the expansibility of the platform. Base on common invoke mechanism, design platform system function, and detail design Purchase Order System. In order to have better security and facility, we design Authorization Control module for business request from theplatform, support distributed authorization control and integrate user permissions of each unit and the whole platform, and all these are based on studying the theorical module of Authorization Control. After working over Kerberos authentication mechanism and log-in protocol, according to supporting of multiple business unit system from the platform and the requirement that users can visit multiple business units by log-in once, we analyse the business of system log-in, design Singel Sing...
