This topic has this realm of the PACS (the Picture Archive and Communication System) which has a important position in the around at the hospital information-based process, and for the sake of carrying out the purpose of "Web Access to DICOM Persistent Objects" which is one of trends of PACS development, the following studies are made.First, the whole architecture of system is designed.1. PACS layer architecture is studied deep, and the merits and shortcomings of single-layer architecture, two-layer architecture of C/S, three-layer architecture of C/S and three-layer architecture of B/S are compared, then, this topic decides to adopt three-layer architecture of B/S.2. The strategy of Windows DNA and the technique of COM+ and ASP are studied deep, and traditional three-layer architecture's problems of the bad security, slow speed and big technique difficulty etc. are resolved goodly.3. Combining the front 1 and 2 of work, a system frame is put forward, which is "Web Access to DICOM Persistent Objects Based COM+ and ASP". This frame provides a complete system project to carry out the purpose of "Web Access to DICOM Persistent Objects" which is one of trends of PACS development.Then, concrete procedures are accomplished based on the above system architecture.1.
