My Oppion About The Development Of IPTV

Net TV which is called IPTV also, based on wide band, transfer TV signal to appointed users through internet. Those users can enjoy the programs on TV or computer when they receive the signal. IPTV gets more popular those two years, but in the earliest time 1998, China once has those demands of developing full - biz managers when faced the tide of global "3 net combined" (telecom net, boardcast & TV net, internet), at that time, all the telecom managers began to build a huge net. Chengdu telecom has built wide band multimedia net in Wenjiang and some other place in only a few months, and also transfer the old broadcast users to telecom wide band net successfully. Since it was opposedby the Boardcast and TV Office, at the same year China release NO.75 document, clearly stipulate forbidding broadcast and tv industry should not infiltrate with telecom industry. Then, net TV soon disappeared. But since 2004, IPTV boom again, it will arose great intrests of boardcast & tv, telecom, contents supplier, equipment suppliers, consumers and gain the benefits soon.The reason why IPTV gain people's attention, is it has so many advantages comparing with traditional media. Tranditional TV has the characters of given time,no response etc. TV audiences and TV service suppliers has no communication.Audiences can't choose TV programs , it's so unconvenient.
