With the fast improvement of computer hardware's performance, there exit a lot of computing resource that has not been used, how to use these high performance resources and how to design the network model, in order to make the internet service with high quality, high stability and efficiency, is a focus of nowadays' application. Of cause, grid computing and P2P are the two hottest research directions. There are many application based on the two techniques, and they are widely used.This paper describe the basically idea of grid and P2P particularly, we particularly analyse the main problems exiting in P2P application. Thinking about the efficiency, there is always exit a center point in the P2P network, but with the extension of the network scale, this contents serving peer may come to single point collapse, and then the whole network application will be paralysis. This paper extracts the idea of grid computing in grain, especially its stability and convenience, then deside to make a service grid to act as the role of center point, and let the service grid serve the application peers broadly exit in the edge of the network.
