It is also important to make well use of the history data and increases ability of making policy.The evaluation of paying taxes is a way of finding, correcting and handling the mistake in the taxpayer's behavior. It is basing on the taxes information which is collected usually and it need to make use of certain technique method .At the same time, it needs taxpayer all tax law information and the data measures is very huge, needing the ability of sea saving data and calculating support of information system. The traditional database technique can't meet the demands. Yet, data warehouse technique can organize the data of different kind and different source and also it can provide the decision analysis for the customer. Therefore, the using of data warehouse technique is the key that pay tax the valuation work success or failure.By the researching of data warehouse technique, OLAP, model system and the tax management system of Qingdao local tax bureau, we get a procedure of designing the paying taxes evaluation system which is facing the using of the table analysis and inspection on time.The technique research route of this paper:1 .For the consideration of original and systematic integration, we choose the solution system the Sybase provide, including the building mold of the data warehouse, data saving with manage, data management and data analysis etc. For the same reason, the evaluation of paying taxes also choose the Sybase solution system. 2. We design a search system using Power Builder and Sybase IQ vivid the data source. The system is a set of combinations search system and it is nimble and efficiently.
