It is playing an important role in the field of detection assessment of the electrocardiograph, automatic analysis software, researching and diagnosis at the cardiovascular disease. Now, a rule in the world is that the software in ECG automation analysis or the achievement in the instrument development can be generally acknowledged only through the detection of the authoritative ECG database.So developing the standard ECG database is one of the heart electricity research main modes and directions in the world.
