As the great development of computer and communication technology, when we link our computers to the Internet, at the same time, many other embedded devices such as data acquisition, intellectual instrument, industrial control and so on also have the demands of linking to the Internet. The embedded network is a new technology that has been developing recently. It puts forward the innovative concept that the low cost MCU can be used as the server, so the boot supervise device can be linked to the Internet/Intranet compactly and making the remote supervisory become reality.This paper puts emphasis on researching the multichannel data acquisition module based on embedded network, on this base, the evaluation board produced by Samsung Corporation is taken as the research platform and theμCLinux is taken as the embedded operation system to exploit the multichannel data acquisition module. This module comprises of two parts of hardware and software. For the hardware, this paper deals with the designing and realization about the main control circuit and data acquisition circuit, and gives the method of debugging. And for the software, the Bootloader andμCLinux system are repotted, and the driver and application is programmed onμCLinux operation system. At last, some improvement is done aim at loading the driver stately which is the method of the embedded system debugging.This module makes full use of the abundant network function of S3C4510B and the characters ofμCLinux, and realizes the maximum sample rate of 1.5MSPS, 12 Bit vertical resolution of eight channels real time data acquisition, data transmission and real time supervision by Ethernet. Through testing, it indicates that the module meets the demand and runs stably. The module is low cost, full function, has better application and extension value.
