Research And Development Of Selection System Of Cutting Fluids

In this paper, by studying the database technique and comprehensive evaluation methods, a selection system of cutting fluid is designed and developed. AHP hiberarchy structure and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models are established for the results from the database of cutting fluids by combining the performance indices. And a multi-objective decision-making model for cutting fluids is given by applying triangular fuzzy number. Finally the models are tested by some cutting fluid instances.First of all, the expert data and practical demands are analyzed and then the database of cutting fluids is set up.AHP hiberarchy structure and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models are established, which combine fuzzy theory with analytic hierarchy process, for the results from the database of cutting fluids. Firstly, by arranging evaluation problems according to analytic hierarchy process, an analytic multi-hiberarchy model, in which the weights are determined for each factor by forming a decision-making matrix by comparison, is constructed. Secondly, based on fuzzy theory and principle of fuzzy-relation composition, the factors whose boundaries are not explicit or can not be easily quantitatively described are quantified. The given method, which combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, is a multilevel, multi-index and general method for comprehensive evaluation.Since AHP model delaminates the performance indices of cutting fluid, the influence of man-made factors on fixing the weight of an index can be reduced. As a result, the weights of indices could be fixed easily and reasonably and every performance index could be shown in comprehensive evaluation effectively.
