Materials Management Is The Most Critical Link Of Management Chain In Coal Enterprises. It Is Like An Information Window Feed Backing The Materials Problems Such As Shortage, Overstocking, Deterioration And' Expiration. Furthermore, It Is A Diaphanoscope Rejecting Rapidity Of Inventory Turnover And Occupation Of Funds. The Scientific Level Of Materials Management Method Directly Affects Not Only The Production And Sales, But Also The Economic Benefits Of Enterprises. It's Not Windy Expression On Make A Good Job Of Research On Enterprise Materials Management, But Realistic Investigation Of Primary Management Processes And, Even More, Every Links And Sectors In Enterprises. Through Measures Of Realizing Management Politics And Measures, Normalizing Operation Procedures, And Ordering Business Relations, Enterprises Can Reach The Goal Of Necessary Management That Can Raise The Scientific Level Of Materials Inventory. This Thesis Focuses On The Research On Materials Management Information System (Mmis) Of Coal Enterprises Based On Business Process Reengineering (Bpr), Trying To Provide Some Practical Solutions In Order To Make Materials Management More Scientific And Practical.This Thesis Firstly Takes A Deeper Research On Development Status Of Informatization Of Materials Management Informatizaiton At Home And Abroad, Making Comparative Analysis Of Foundations Of Information Theory, Technology Applications, And Environment Of Materials Supply. The Body Of This Thesis Includes Status Analysis Of Materials Management, Organization Chart, Description Of Business Process, Reengineered Business Flowchart, Which Helps To Built Information System. According To Reengineered Business Flowchart, Combining Real Work Experiences, The Author Of This Thesis Undertakes System Analysis Which Encompasses Functional Module Design, Process Design. I/O Design, Code Design, Database Design, Hardware And Software Design, And So On. The Whole System Is Divided Into 8 Parts At The Stage Of Functional Module Design: Materials Supply Planning Management, Market Information Management, Purchase Management, Contrast Management, Inventory Management, Materials Allocation Management, Materials Stat., And Materials Audit. The Second Half Of This Thesis Is The Introduction Of Detailed Sectors Of System Implementation And The Conclusion Of The Whole Research And Results.
