Quality costing in manufacture has a lot of problems about thecomplicatedbusiness processes, different and multiplex costing method and the changingsituation with development. So in order to realize the quality costing in ERPsystem correctlyand efficiently, we need a new effective method.For these problems above, after the study of the quality costing inmanufacture, we proposed a general method that can be optimized was proposed,which was based on the standardization to unify the diverse business processes inquality costing by introducing the business rule in. The purpose of theintroduction of business rule is to satisfy the different needs in differentmanufactures or in different development period of a manufacture. Though thedifferent business rule data that abstracted from reality, we can implementdifferent quality costing method and content on the general business processes.The method is given a three-layer (user layer, the business rule management layerand the process logic layer) and two-level-mapping structure. The business rulemanagement layer is in charge of the definition, learning, evaluation andoptimization of business rules and manages the business process of the qualitycosting, while the process logic layer is abstracted to be a guide of theimplementation.Based on the above model, we design the quality costing system fordiscrete manufacture with the software engineering, and implement the system onJ2EE(Java2 Enterprise Edition) platform using the MVC(Model-View-Controller)developing method. Finally through an introduction of the application system inHarbinAir-condition Manufacture, we givethe theorya validation.
