| Voice over IP (VoIP) has attracted more and more attention for its wonderful future, advanced technology and cheap price, which supplies people a new way to communicate in daily work and lives. As Vo IP is playing a more and more important role in enterprise market, how to control and manage it on the enterprise level to create maximum value and avoid adventures has become a crucial problem.In this paper, we have discussed the managing strategy, designing and implementation of enterprise VoIP in LAN environment exactly, giving a practical VoIP architecture and carry it out. According to the requirement, several critical functions were added into the system such as speech listening, speech insert, recording, interfering and blocking. All these functions can meet the requirement we want.Additionally, we pay much attention to the problems and research them deeply during the development. In the paper, we analyzed the influence to the insert operation and interfere operation coming from network flow. By utilizing the Semi-Markov Model and the network flow model based on RTP, we can ensure the right operations be done in the correct way. Finally, the subjective evaluating method MOS(Mean Opinion Score) and the objective evaluating method DTW (Dynamic Time Warping) has been combined to estimate the speech quality. |
