China began to invest in building Cernet (China Education and Research Network) since 1994.Several years recently, in order to satisfy the popular trend of high education, many domestic universities augment their scale bringing about a lot of problems step by step concerning training in multi-campus, education resource distribution dispersed, low-rate information transmission, low precision, no enough working efficient. Digitized compus construction not only services for high education research and management with facility information, but also realizes the fact training time, space, content, means and form are opened deeply. It improves the university capability to train and research, also manage as well. Therefore, how to keep digitized campus design and construction advanced, how to take advantage of digitized campus further more is one important subject facing us now.Digitized campus construction is one non-stop updating, non-stop improving enormous systematic project.
