Study On The Implementation Of Communication Line Management System Information Based On GIS

As a newborn cross-subject technology, GIS(Geographical Information System)merges computer technology , database management system and computer graphic science. By GIS we can implement information management on maps and data visualization conveniently. Since last decade GIS has been widely applied in many fields such as Land Management, Trafic and Transportation, Post and Tele-Communication, etc.With the development of communication technique, advanced requirement is presented on telecommunication service management.The difficulty of inquiring, managing and maintaining telecommunication network resource is the hot problem in the present. Automating the telecommunication network management is one of key facts to improve the service.
