As our country is a member of World Trade Organization, enterprises for human resource pays attention to level fast rising, capital input proportion increases continuously, but practical feasible operating method often lacks. To help enterprise in the development and management of human resource level on realization great-leap-forward promotion, make the service field of human resource have become a market that has potential very much. The establishment of Human Resource Information System(HRIS) is helpful for enterprise to deploy human resource, optimization business process and improvement service quality , raises working efficiency , is helpful for the of business management to be scientific, fast, accurate as making policy. This paper is the regular method and step etc. of founding of having analyzed the system of the information of human resource on the foundation and that concept, decision and data mining and decision to support systematic theory and technology basically that system introduces the system of the information of human resource , with the ZIBO VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE information system of human resource.
