Speaker is one of important components of mobile phone. Accuracy and reliability are very important for speaker's audio test. In view of its own complexity and high accuracy, the technology of domestic speaker test is still immature currently. Based on the technology of Virtual Instrument, the Speaker Test System has been designed and put into practice, aimed at fundamentally improving the current operating patterns, which is heavily dependent on tradition instrument, inflexible, huge investment and low in productivity. On the basis of data acquisition, the whole system is industrially controlled computers centered, including such technology, automatic control, test and tryout, and etc. LabVIEW, the advanced virtual instrument in the international testing and controlling area, is embodied in R&D of the system.The essay, on the basis of analysis of the system design, elaborates on how to operate details of the system upon the design of hardware as well as software. Moreover, it stresses several key technical difficulties and the solutions, such as,1. Build mobile phone speaker test platform to substitute expensive test chamber, artificial ear and tradition instrument system. The platform is based on virtual instrument technology, software is the most important in this system development.2. Based on single axis robot, in-line test system is built by flexible manufacturing way.3. Dynamic swept sine signal analysis and measurement can be implemented by sound and vibration toolkits, instrument can be made by software.4. Real time measurement data which be transferred by Caesar Cipher, can be exchanged by Internet. Those are based on DataSocket technology which was...
