JiHe highway project information management system is the system that carries on the control to the Shandong Jinan to Heze's highway entire construction process. Through the development and the application in construct the highway project management information system, it made each kind of service of the highway construction highly effective integration, enhances the management level and the quality of the highway project construction process, enhances the working efficiency of the project administrators, ensure to the entire process management and the control of the engineering constructionThis article fully considered the actual requirement to the highway construction, uses the J2EE construction, obtains from the project demand, proposed the design proposal which meets the requirement and practiced. Its content included the contract, the plan, the measurement, the quality, the examine and so on many information, which could carry on the surveillance and to control the highway construction process comprehensively and digestedly, enhanced the efficiency of the highway constructs, impelled information construction of our country transportation enterprise.This article take the contract management module in this system as an example, well described the system design and the process of development .The contract management module take the contract as a core, realized the function which people can add, change and delete information of the personnel, the device, the packetization, the material, the contract information that related to contracts, and users can inquire about related content according to respective permission. At the same time it has established the contract correlation dictionary table, to define the degree, the duty and the rank unified, which is good to the maintenance of the system.
