China has entered into WTO, domestic economy is developing quickly. New position immits new energy into traditional industries, and Chinese automobile industry develops healthy under such new position. Making a comprehensive survey of domestic automobile industry, most automobile companies are domestic-foreign joint venture. Foreign businessmen only take a fancy to the enough and low-cost labor force, and China provides them with many favorable policies. They produce their products in China with their own technique. Some foreign businessmen only assemble their products in China and don't produce their products. They bring strongly impact to the market occupancy rate of Chinese homemade automobile, for example: Shenyang BMW automobile Ltd...Of course, these companies can live on such produce mode because of their advanced network communication technique and production management system. Thereby, we can not help asking ourselves: how can Chinese domestic automobile industry survive under such austere position? Therefore, we must adopt advanced production management system and enhance management level and reduce production cost. Thereinto, material management is a very important tache.This essay firstly analyzes the influence to Chinese auto industry after China has entered into WTO, and introduces main items about automobiles in Chinese entering into WTO agreement. Comparing with foreign automobile company, it points out the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese automobile manufacturing. At the same time, it brings forward idiographic measures to solve actuality, and explains the necessity of enhancing material management level. At last, it sets forth the contents and significations of this task; Chapter 2 describes detailed analysis and evaluation of the suppliers and introduces measures of analysis and evaluation.
