Based On Generalized Web Parts And Components Selecting Expert System Research And Development

With the development of manufacturing, the divide of the work become more detailed and more special manufactories produce different classified functional parts; on the other hand, the product complexity is constantly increasing, the involved knowledge domain and the kinds of parts sharply expanded. Obviously, a corporation, which adopts small but integral design and manufacturing organization model, couldn't meet the development need of the modem manufacturing. To corporations, especially which produce complicated technical products, putting corporation resources on kernel technology of the products, and associating themselves with the preponderant ones, becomes a better development model. Selecting general parts and components now is a key technology to a virtual enterprise. It does not mean that the parts and components enterprises are simply the providers, but the collaborative designer. At the same time, the demand to these enterprises becomes higher. With the development of the web technology, effective tools to deal with the virtual enterprises have been generated. To improve the collaborative ability of these enterprises and enhance their competition advantage, we focus our research on the general parts and components selecting expert system based on web.The first part of this paper focuses on the development principles and implementation methods of expert system and the development of expert system on internet, introduces the related technology such as: the Web technology, the Object-oriented technology, the Information System. After analyzing the strong dependence of modem design on knowledge and knowledge obtaining, we bring forward the structure of a virtual technical support center that is to design a Web-based selecting system, which can obtain knowledge and information on internet, and cooperate with other partners on web.The target of second part is the knowledge representation and the reasoning tactics based on web. After analysis, We make a conclusion that to use the integrated knowledge representation to represent the knowledge of the Web-based generalized parts and components selecting expert system, and make use of the object oriented reasoning tactics to reasoning.Next, the paper introduces the implement of the Web-based generalized parts and components selecting expert system. After considering the factors, such as development cycle, difficulties and expenses, we choose Linux+Apache as the Web server,PHP+MySQL as the develop environment, and at the same time, discuss the security of the Web-based system in this part.The next one introduces the function and the handle interface of the Web-based selecting expert system, such as user management, obtaining of the data, obtaining of the knowledge, reasoning and selecting, assistant function.At the end of this paper, a summary on foregoing work is discussed. Also, we put forward a synoptic plan on future work.
