Knowledge acquisition is a non-trivial problem that is associated with area expert, expert system builder and the expert system itself. Due to various reasons, up to now, it is still to be concerned as a 'bottle-neck' issue. This paper proposes a partial knowledge acquisition method which is based on relation database, and makes partial knowledge management to be independent from the expert system. Loose coupling has been adopted to connected between the reasoning mechanism and database. This approach alleviate the above bottle-neck issue partially. An applicable case study has been design and implemented on the actual work of the author, so as to provide a reference sample to the similar practice.
