| The study mainly discusses the development and prospect on the Right of Access to Mass Media in contemporary china. This article has interpreted and studyed the task to a degree, mainly absorbing Qualitative analysis method of France criticle school and attatching some certain Quantitative analysis method. At last this article has either confirmed or put forword with the following points and observations:Firstly: The three phrases of historical development of the Right of Access to Mass Media in china have showed that the Right of Access to Mass Media in contemporary china has continuously developed, the audience has constantly had plentiful way of participating in mass media and types and quantities of media participated by audience have continuously increased.Secondly:The Right of Access to Mass Media in the performance of different media is uneven. Television's material and technical means in audience participation is better than newspapers and radio, and the television is recently more positive in promoting audience participatory. Although personal propagation , participation and interaction of internet has given audience the most full right among four main mediaes, on the one hand , anonymous, no limitation of time and space and free propagation of network media is its superiority, on the other hand , it has had bad effect on society .and has restrained its influence; Television's material and technical means has confirmed what happened on tv screen , and has restricted time and space of audience aceess to meidia and had controlled what it has broadcasted .which are all Television's limitations , however, it is more mature in comparison with network media on the Right of Access to Mass Media.Thirdly:The study has taken CCTV as an example to get the fllowing mathematical statistics, which shows that in contemporary china almost all classes have meet the Right of Access to Mass Media , but the level of diffrent classes' development is uneven.
