Research And Implementation Of Business Operating Support System Of Personal Unified Number Service Based On Softswitch

The concept of NGN (Next Generation Network) has been introduced to take account the new situation in telecommunications, characterized by a lot of factors: open competition between operators due to the total deregulation of markets, explosion of digital traffic, e.g. due to the increasing use of internet, increasing demand from users for new multimedia services, increasing demand from users for a general mobility, etc. The major goal of the NGN is to facilitate convergence of networks and services , and promote the changes to the service provision infrastructures that have already started in the telecom and IT industry .As the core controling entity, SoftSwitch has a prominent future. Nowadays SoftSwitch supporting traditional voice telephony services has already matured; however, SoftSwitch supporting multimedia and mobile applications is still under way. It poses new challenges to Telecom and Internet world.With the development of Telecom technology, the business operating support system based on Web technology has been used more widely. As a brand-new architecture, the business operating support system based on Web technology has been the trend of telecom industry. In the paper I research the improvement and application of business operating support system, design and implement business operating support system of Personal Unified Number Service based on Softswitch.The main distributions of my paper are:1. Research the architecture of BOSS based on Web and the integrating method with Softswitch.2. Design and implement the application of Web-based BOSS on Personal Unified Number Service.
