Digital Technologies bring human life and working styles, and impel new industries to grow up. Digital imaging technology becomes the most competitive one for Digital Technologies. Low power consumes and fast treatment of imaging data become one aim that people are chasing in the field. This paper discusses the design and realization of CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Transistor ) imaging system withTMS320DM270.Firstly, it analyzes the hardware characteristic of the chip TMS320DM270 which has dual-core (ARM+DSP) architecture and has various peripherals. Secondly, the scheme of CMOS single-chip imaging system is put forward, and its hardware platform is realized. Thirdly, the author gives the schemes of every part and partial software for the application of CMOS imaging system. Finally receiving data, deal with data, storage and display realized.The system adopt CMOS sensor, switch and low power device to cut down the system consume. There are several interruptions during programming design, which cuts down the system consume efficiently. To debug system and reduce error the software system designed in module, which can reduce the pertinences among the modules.
