Nowadays, the trade competition is absolutely cruelly, the telecom system also has suffered many changes. Especially after the origination of J2EE, the new telecom operations and support system using J2EE has been widely used. Based on Java technology, J2EE is a platform standardization of distributed component computing, which is proposed and formulated by SUN Enterprise. Based on J2EE, the application system with multi-tier structure can be rapidly developed and deployed, which is easy to transplant.This thesis draws lessons from the distributed architecture schema based on J2EE framework, based on the existing Tibet telecom operations and support system, add the design and implementation of a new product named "two phones just one number". Firstly, this thesis introduces the background knowledge of the telecom operations and support system, then shows the whole Tibet system and introduces the knowledge of intellectualized fixed network. Next it gives the short introduction of the technologies which are used to design this system, e.g. EJB technology, struts framework, jsp technology and so on. Thirdly, the whole design process of the new product is described in detail, every module is described in detail, and quote some source code to explain, and show the final interface of the product. At last, the work in the thesis is summarized, and the further developed way of the telecom operations and support system.The design and implementation of the whole product show the architecture based J2EE framework can effectively improve the development efficiency, and arm the system with better transplantability and reconfiguration.
